Frequently Asked Questions

Ask our Customer Support

How much does it cost for an electrician to come out to troubleshoot some electrical issues we’re having?

It would just be our minimum call out fee which is $225 (during normal business hours) plus the cost of any materials needed if any. After hours it’ll be $350. This includes diagnostics & minor repairs. If it turns out to be a major issue with further work required, we will help you thoroughly understand the issue and provide you with a written estimate to get it fixed. Schedule A Service Call

How long will a troubleshooting service call take?

It depends, there are a lot of variables when troubleshooting, sometimes we find the issue within a few minutes of arriving, other times we have to trace out the entire circuit until we find the problem area which could take an hour or two. I’d say on average our service calls typically take 30-45 minutes.

Do you provide free on-site estimates?

If you provide us with as much information as possible about your project, and send us a few pictures if you have any, we can get you a free accurate estimate over the phone. No on-site visit necessary. We believe in up front, transparent pricing so there is no surprises. In order to protect our time, we prefer to give you an idea of what it’s going to take to complete your project over the phone before we go on-site. Once we get your approval on the estimate then we can meet on-site and plan everything out with you. Request an Estimate

How much does it cost to install a whole home generator?

It can vary a little bit depending on the size of the generator, whether or not you need a propane tank, or a load management system, and the distance from electric / gas meter. The full turn-key price including the concrete pad, the plumbing hook up, and all labor & materials typically averages from $14,500-$15,500
